Vendor Rules & Regulations
I understand that I must submit my Vendor application (4 week prior to the, 2009 Powwow with full payment. After this
deadline the fee is increased by an additional $50. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS or EXTENTIONS to this deadline.!
I understand that the booth fee I have selected is for: This fee is for One Artisan Only! Two artisans sharing a booth
is fine but both artisans must submit applications..
I understand the booth space does NOT include Electricity I must pay an additional $20 with my application for
electrical service. I must provide my own Table, chairs and Tent covering for shade.
I understand no fees will be refunded if I cancel my plans to participate in the Eel River Tribe of Indiana Pow Wow.
Exception: If cancellation is due to a family emergency, I have a right to appeal to the Council or Pow Wow
Committee with appropriate documentation.
I understand that space assignments will be made by the Pow Wow committee and be provided on a first come first
set-up basis.
I understand that I am responsible to collect any required State Sales Tax on all items sold and am responsible for
all and any licensing required.
I understand my booth setup cannot be started until clearance has been given by the Pow Wow Committee.
Set-up Hours:
Thursday 1:00pm to 8:00pm and Friday 5:00am to 9:00am.
I understand that my booth will be staffed at ALL TIMES during Pow wow Hours.
I understand that my booth will be opened: Friday (optional) & Saturday 9:00am to 8:00pm; Sunday 9:00am to 4:
00pm.
I understand that NO PETS, DRUGS OR ALCOHOL will be allowed on the Pow Wow grounds. If I do not abide by
this, rule, I will be required to leave. No fees will be refunded.
I understand that soliciting support for political issues or promoting & advertising will not be allowed. There will be
no selling of Raffle tickets or soliciting for cash donations. If I do not abide by this rule, I will be required to leave. No
fees will be refunded.
I understand that The Eel River Tribe of Indiana Pow Wow & Committee will not be responsible for any loss, stolen
or damage of items; injury to me, my employees, or customers on the premises of my assigned space. I agree to
hold The Eel River Tribe of Indiana Pow Wow
Committee and all related authorized parties harmless in any case of injury or theft.
I have read and agree to comply with all Vendor Rules and Regulations if chosen to participate in the Eel River Tribe
of Indiana Pow Wow, By submitting my ON-Line payment I am indicating that I agree to these terms. (Optional) I can
elect to copy these rules and send them in in addition to this on-line application.

In applying my signature to this Application and the attached Vendor Rules & Regulation, I agree to abide by all
policies, rules and regulations provided for vendors by the Eel River Tribe of Indiana Pow Wow held in Logansport
Indiana. It’s Council, Pow Wow Executive Committee, and recognize they assume no risk. By acceptance of this
agreement, the vendor expressly releases those named
above from any and all liability for any damages, injury or loss to any person or goods which may arise from the
rental and occupation of said space by the vendor, and agrees to hold and save those named above harmless of
any loss or damage by reason thereof. Vendor also agrees to save those named above harmless from any and all
claims made, which arise out of merchandise exhibited or sold by the vendor on the premises at the Eel River Tribe
of Indiana Pow Wow .
No application will be considered for review process without fully paid booth fees.
Please be advised that the Fee and Application does not guarantee you a reserved Booth space.
Notification of acceptance or denial will be confirmed by mail to the above address. If not accepted all fees will be
returned.
